Degree Certificate Distribution Ceremony

Bunts Sangha's S.M. Shetty College of Science, Commerce & Management Studies(Autonomous), Powai organized degree distribution ceremony on 22nd March 2025 at Shashi Manmohan Shetty Open Air Auditorium (College Ground) Chief guest for the event was highly accomplished academician Prof.(Dr.)Gopal Mugeraya, the Vice Chairman (Honorary) of Goa State Higher Education Council and Vice President (Technical Education) of NITTE (Deemed to be University) under NITTE Education Trust.

The event began with convocation procession. The event was graced by President Bunts Sangha, Shri. Praveen Bhoja Shetty along with Office Bearers of Powai Education Committee, Chairman, Shri. Ratnakar Shetty Mundkur, Vice Chairman Shri. Vasant N Shetty Palimar, Vice Chairman CA Harish D Shetty, Secretary Shri Gautam S Shetty, Treasurer CA Ashok R Shetty, Vice President Bunts Sangha Mumbai and Coordinator PEC Shri Mahesh S Shetty. PEC members present on this occasion were Shri B R Shetty (CEC Chairman), Shri Ravindranath Bhandary, Shri Bharat Shetty (CDC member) , Dr. Harish Shetty, Adv. R G Shetty and Managing Council member CA I R Shetty.

The programme was organised by the Examination Committee of the college. Chief Guest Dr. Mugeraya, President Shri Praveen Bhoja Shetty and Chairman Shri Ratnakar Shetty Mundkur addressed the gathering of graduates.

The event witnessed the presence of Chief Operating Officer Dr. Sandeep Singh, I/C Principal CS Sandesha Shetty, Principal International School Dr. Mildred Lobo, Vice Principals Dr. Liji Santosh, Ms. Pratibha Gadgalli, HOD’s of various Departments, teaching and non- teaching staff, graduating students of academic year 2023-24 along with their parents. Assistant Professor Ms. Neena Sharma hosted the programme. Ms. Sahana Raviprasad – Controller of Examination announced the gold medallists and toppers of various programmes who are to be felicitated. Students were overwhelmingly delighted to receive their Degree Certificates.

The event concluded with the national anthem and procession left the convocation stage.
